The Mimaki UJF200 Series is a benchtop UV-LED flatbed printer designed for direct printing onto rigid and dimensional objects. The series includes UJF200-3042 model and supports objects up to 9.8 inches (250 mm) thick and up to 44 lb (20 kg). The platform uses a high-precision single printhead with minimum 3 pL droplet control and MAPS4 technology for smooth gradients, fine lettering, and reduced banding. Available ink configurations include CMYK, white, clear, primer, light colors, and fluorescent pink and yellow. Optional camera and belt systems expand the platform from manually loaded direct-to-object printing into automated positioning and continuous production workflows.

The Kebab option for UJF Series offers 360-degree direct printing on a wide range of objects, such as stainless steel tumblers, bottles, cans, vases, packaging and candle holders. This accessory is easily mounted to the printer’s flatbed table and functions intuitively via our RasterLink6 software.

Kebab

The camera detects the position and shape of the media and automatically positions the print data within the software. This significantly reduces the manual work required to arrange media.
