As part of our continued effort to improve our service for valued customers, we are pleased to introduce a new online portal where users can submit inquiries directly to the Mimaki Call Center. Through www.mimakiusa.com/support/end-user-support, customers can enter their product information, describe the issue and provide contact information; when submitted, the form will automatically generate a call ticket. Within a four-hour target window, a Mimaki Call Center Team member will reach out to the customer to review and resolve the issue, or escalate to Service.
The Call Center is also available by telephone at 888-530-3992 and by via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. This latest web-based contact format extends our commitment to providing quality products and service to our customers.
