Direct Textile Inkjet Printer

The TX300P-1800B printer was specifically engineered exclusively for direct-to-fabric printing for stretchy fabrics. It includes many features found in high-end direct-print models, and is suitable for creating samples or short-run pieces and well as long run direct-to-fabric production.

High Gap Printhead

The TX300P-1800B printer includes new print heads that enable printing directly on various types of textiles. The high gap setting gives users the ability to print on thin and thick textiles, plus woven patterns or raised fiber surfaces, while maintaining accurate ink droplet placement.

Advanced Belt Transport System

This model utilizes a reliable textile feeding and transport mechanism – including front and rear tension bars as well as a sticky belt that ensures stable and high quality textile printing and transportation. The TX300P-1800B printer uses an embedded belt washing mechanism and belt feed compensation to clean the belt and stabilize the image quality to produce the highest quality direct-to-fabric printing.

Five Ink Types for Printing to Natural and Synthetic Fibers

Mimaki original textile inks are optimized with Mimaki textile solution to produce the highest quality direct-to-fabric products. Sb420 (direct dye sublimation), Ac400 (direct acid dye), Rc400 (direct reactive dye), Tp400 (direct textile pigment), Dd400 (direct disperse dye) are all Mimaki original textile inks that are specifically designed for exceptional color reproduction on either natural or synthetic fibers for producing flags, banners, fashion textiles, performance sportswear, interior décor and more. Dye sublimation, textile pigment, reactive dye inks are available at the time of the machine release. Acid dye and disperse dye inks are planned for future release.

Mimaki Technologies for Consistent Output and Productivity

  • Waveform control jets each ink droplet at an optimum angle to maintain ink droplet formation and shape
  • Mimaki Advance Pass System 4 (MAPS4) technology reduces banding and produces smoother images
  • Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) automatically detects and recovers clogged nozzles
  • If a nozzle cannot be recovered, the Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) selects substitute nozzles and restarts printing
  • Mimaki Bulk Ink System 3 (MBIS3) with two liter ink packs enable longer runs
  • TxLink3 software (available as an option) for textiles offers effective color management, standard profile creation, simple RGB and CMYK color replacement on raster and vector data, as well as the ability to create colorways
