  1. Machine model & serial number
  2. Inks & RIP used
  3. Issue you are reporting
  4. Your dealer

All of the above methods will route your inquiry directly to the Mimaki Call Center and will generate a call ticket. Within a four-hour target window, a Mimaki Call Center team member will contact you to review the issue and resolve it if possible, or escalate it to Service.
