IMPORTANT: REGARDING POSSIBLE UPS STRIKE AND SHIPPING INTERRUPTIONS

We have been informed that there is a possibility that, beginning August 1st, 2023, the employees of UPS may go on strike. Should this occur, it will impact both domestic and global deliveries. To prepare for any possible outcome of the strike, Mimaki USA has established an alternative shipping agreement with FedEx. Additionally, Mimaki will proactively convert all shipments to FedEx delivery beginning August 1st. This alternative shipping agreement will be in place until further notice, and we will remove the UPS shipping option if a strike is authorized. If special delivery options through FedEx are required (examples: office suite #, special receiving door(s), etc.), please contact Mimaki USA directly. We will update this message as the situation progresses.
