6/1:  Mimaki Technology Centers Reopening

We're starting to schedule onsite demonstrations at our regional technology centers following local, state, and CDC guidelines - see our detailed opening schedule below. All visitors will be screened and social distancing practices will be in place. Contact the regional technology center near you to schedule a demo.

3/20: California Regulations
California State Public Health Office issued orders directing all residents to stay at home or their place of residence effective immediately and until further notice. For more information, view our news release to learn how recent COVID-19 restrictions impact Mimaki.

As a result of COVID-19, we know that many Mimaki customers are limiting business operation for the health and safety of their employees. If you need to store your printer or anticipate downtime, we’ve prepared a simple planning and maintenance checklist.

Regional Offices:

Our Regional Technology Centers are open but may have limited coverage. You can contact our centers by phone.

Mimaki USA Call Center:

The Call Center has action plans in place to address emergencies. We will remain available to our dealers and customers during this time. Additional personnel will be added as needed.

Hours: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM EST

Onsite Technical Support:

The Mimaki Dealer team will be the first point of contact for service issues. If the Dealer is unable to assist, customers can call 1-888-530-3992.

Product Availability and Shipment:

The Mimaki USA Inside Sales, Order Fulfillment, and Warranty Center will remain available to our dealers and customers during this time. We currently have a sufficient inventory of most Mimaki printers, ink products, and replacement parts. Therefore, we expect no significant interruption with order entry or warranty.
