UV-LED

UV-LED inks are a well-rounded option for interior and exterior applications. UV inks cure instantly enabling immediate processing and can be printed on a wide range of coated or uncoated surfaces. They can be used for a range of applications such as promotional items, wayfinding signage, even wallpaper and canvas art.  Exterior options include vehicle wraps, decorative applications, and much, much more!

UV inks are noted for excellent control of opacity, superior light reflection, and consistency of image quality. They are also noted for promoting higher production speeds and ability to print on heat sensitive materials. These inks dry instantly with the printer’s low-energy UV LED curing lamps.  As a result, they can be layered to create dimensional effects like 2.5D Textures and Braille to create tactile signage and higher value applications.

Eco-Solvent

Eco-solvent inks are most commonly used for long-term outdoor applications like signage and vehicle wraps. They are the most durable of the three ink types and can be printed on uncoated media.

These inks are popular among environmentally conscious users. They work through a rapid chemical process and can be used safely in enclosed spaces with proper ventilation. They’re well suited for both indoor and outdoor signage.

Compared to traditional solvent-based inks, eco-solvent inks produce less odor and require less nozzle cleaning. They also provide excellent resistance to scratches, weather, and chemicals.

Water-Based

Water-based inks are used for signage and fabric printing. They offer the highest color potential and are ideal for indoor applications and multi-use fabrics, typically printed on coated or pre-treated media.

These inks use water as the carrier instead of harsh solvents. While drying may take longer, they are preferred for their eco-friendliness and superior color capabilities.
