Mimaki USA Notice to Customers Affected by Hurricane Ian
Throughout the Southeastern United States, communities, families, and businesses that Mimaki USA serves have been severely impacted by the devastating effects of Hurricane Ian. Please see below for technical service and support resources offered by Mimaki USA during this phase of disaster recovery.
The following programs are available for those customers impacted by Hurricane Ian:
Mimaki USA Call Center:
The Mimaki USA Call Center has additional staff in place to assist with any customer or dealer inquiries. Our Call Center is available 12 hours per day Monday through Friday to our dealers and customers. We will be adding additional online and in person resources as needed to assist with rebuilding and recovery efforts.

Onsite Technical Support:
Mimaki USA will be prioritizing onsite service calls related to disaster recovery and rebuilding. Please contact a local Mimaki USA Dealer or Mimaki USA directly for questions on printer recovery, repair, or damage assessments. Due to significant infrastructure damage in the Southeast, Mimaki USA may be unable to reach all affected customers immediately.
Warranty Parts Shipment / RMA Operation:
The Mimaki USA Warranty Center will remain available to our dealers and customers during this time. Other than shipping delays in the Florida area, we expect no significant service interruption with order entry or warranty part shipments.
